In 2020, PYXIS was created with the aim of helping people realize their passion for truffles as a startup with industry innovation that we share.
Our goals include ensuring high quality, the fastest delivery available, real traceability, a short supply chain and increasing the country's income generating capacity.
The PYXIS system creates a digital connection between owners of gathering dogs and gourmets for the highest gastronomic experience.
With connetcted areas and partners, we want to reduce the weather risk to such an extent that fresh and ripe truffles are always available for gourmets at PYXIS.
Due to fluctuations in weather, plantations can offer harvest security in addition to wildly collected truffles, which is why we are constantly looking for contacts with similarly committed collectors and plantation owners.
